It’s a MUST

People are constantly asking me about my eyelash extensions and I thought why not write about it?

Let us start with the very beginning. A while ago my mom got eyelash extensions and after a while I decided that I should get some too. I think that it’s over a half year since I got them and I really love them. They are weightless, you don’t even notice them and they look extremely natural. And the best part is that they come in different colours like black, green, blue and purple. At the moment I’m wearing purple eyelash extension. And did you know that Radiant Orchid is the colour of the year? (This hue is in the purple family so by wearing purple eyelash extensions you can be innovative and also get a little bit magical.)

Since I got them my beauty routine in the morning got so shorter. I look amazing even if don’t apply any make-up. Let’s be honest, we all are willing to give up a few minutes of our every morning routine just for some more minutes of sleep. This means no more running or streaking mascara. What I like the most about them is that my eyes look bigger and more defined now. Furthermore, my eyelashes look fuller and darker.

The eyelash extensions are suitable for everyone, especially for busy people just like me. I run from place to place every single day. Something cool is that you don’t have trouble with them at the gym, at the swimming pool or at the sauna and they are also suitable for people who wear contact lenses.

They last between 2 and 4 weeks with proper maintenance. It is absolutely normal for them to fall off because they are applied with a special glue, that isn’t toxic, on the natural eyelash and our eyelashes regenerate just like our nails and hair. But be carefull when you rub your eyes in the morning.

As a conclusion I would like to say that in my opinion every woman should get eyelash extensions. They are simply a MUST. By wearing them you feel more fancy and fashionable.

Radiant Orchid

Ladies and gentleman I would like to present you the colour of the year 2014: Radiant Orchid PANTONE 18-3224.  As some of you know the Pantone Color Institute™ picks each year a colour which expresses what is taking place in the global zeitgeist. This colour reflects what the people are looking for this year.

Radiant Orchid is essentially in the purple family with fuchsia and pink as undertones. The captivating, magical and enchanting Radiant Orchid is a colour that is encouraging us to innovate. It’s a complex hue that intrigues people even more.

Purple is a symbolic colour, it’s know because it’s magical and it speaks to creativity. The Oxford English Dictionary describes it as a deep, rich shade between crimson and violet. Purple was the color worn by Roman Emperors and magistrates, and later by Roman Catholic bishops. Since that time, purple has been commonly associated with royalty and piety.

By wearing purple you feel creative, royal, powerful and innovative. Innovation is very important in today’s life. Purple is also associated with mystery and magic.

Radiant Orchid inspires confidence and its rosy undertones emanate great joy, love and health. Image

Colours of the Fauvism

Colours Of The Fauvism Spring 2014 Collections Courbain

The biggest disadvantage about living in a country like mine is the lack of major classic-cultural events. Of course, every now and then a spurt of underground art reaches the sunlight, but who even hears about its exhibitions before they end? I admire modern art, but not all modern art is my taste. I am rather drawn to that, which has been before my time. Thus, whenever my eye is caught by a poster, signalizing great names of the past, I stop and annoy everybody until we buy tickets to some exhibitions. Such was the case last winter in Detroit, when the Fabergé exhibition took place at the Museum of Art, and such is the case this winter. Having just woken up from my five hours car trip nap, I directly spotted an advertisement for Matisse & The Fauves at the Albertina Museum in Vienna. I’m sorry Mum and Dad; you have to!
